By commissioning me you agree to the terms listed below

COMMISSIONING ME

Provide me with

- Reference sheet(s), fanart, photography, clothing, specific markings/tattoos, etc.
- Please also provide a short description of the character(s) (more detailed if you wish and commission without a reference sheet)
- Poses, expressions, background etc.

Let me know

- If you wish to stay anonymous
- Do not want your art posted anywhere else
- If you want alternative versions of your artwork. (Also let me know what versions you would like from the beginning of the commission progress.)
- If there are additional changes to your character that need to be implemented during a commission that is being worked upon at the time of request. This will add an addition 5-15% payment fee to the artwork depending on the request.

Progress images are sent to the commissioner by default and by request as well for changes to be made if necessary.

Payment and refunding

Payment

- Payment is only acceptable with PayPal or Ko-fi
- After the first WIP image you will receive full or partial invoice via PayPal
- Invoice is to be paid within a weeks period (or if another period has been agreed upon)
- If the payment is not met in time you will receive a reminder that will add an additional week to your payment plan
- Unpaid invoices within 2 weeks period (if not discussed otherwise) will be automaticly cancelled and you will be put on hold for future commissions for an extended period of time up to 6 months.

After a succesful payment as well as the fully finished commission you will be provided with the.jpg & .png file(s) as well as other files requested from the beginning.

Cancellation & Refund

- Both parties may cancel the commission anytime if the commission hasn't been started and paid yet. In this case simply notifying me will be enough.If the commission has been paid partially or fully, here are the Refund Policies:

Any artwork with FINISHED backgrounds and shades will NOT be refundable.

In case you change your mind and want to return to the commission later on, you have a window of 3 months to do so if I have a slot open. The commission/sketch will be saved on my PC until then.

Do's and don'ts

DO'S

- OCs, fanart, NSFW, gore, muscles, armor, weapons, furry, monsters, animals, chibi, etc ...
- Icons
- Simple reference sheets
- Comic strips
- Simplistic animations for icons (blinking/ears moving/waving hand or moving mouth, etc.)

DONT'S

- Pornographic and/or hurtful material of underage and/or childlike characters
- Bestiality (Human on animal sexual themes)
- Some of the not so popular kinks such as; scat/feces, inflation, feet, vore, ...
- Suicide and self harm

I will rightfully refuse any and all requests that make me uncomfortable as an artist.
